光亮剂与防水剂对水泥石抗泛霜性能的影响

摘  要:采用占水泥质量0.5%的光亮剂(GLJ)以及1%的异丁基三乙氧基硅烷(YDJ)和1%的异辛基三乙氧基硅烷(YXJ)2种防水剂,与白水泥、氧化铁红颜料混合制成直径9 cm,厚度3 cm的红色圆饼试块,自然放置90 d后,根据各试样的外观色差判断其泛霜程度,然后通过热失重(DTG-TG)分析试样表层的CaCO_(3)含量,并通过压汞试验(MIP)测试孔径分布。结果显示,3种材料均对水泥石泛霜具有抑制效果,其中GLJ可减少泛霜产物量11.23个百分点,YDJ和YXJ可分别减少6.34、8.45个百分点。试样中CaCO_(3)含量的变化规律与其外观泛霜程度相对应;MIP结果显示,GLJ抑制泛霜的机理是其减少了大于200 nm的多害孔并细化了孔径,试样中孔径的尺寸对泛霜的影响程度比孔隙率更大。The brightener accounting for 0.5%of cement quality(GLJ)and two kinds of waterproofing agents(YDJ and YXJ,1%by weight of cement)were used.Mixed with white cement and red iron oxide,the red round cake test block with diameter of 9 cm and thickness of 3 cm was made,after 90 days of natural storage,the degree of efflorescence was roughly judged according to the appearance color difference of each sample.Then the content of CaCO_(3) in the surface layer was analyzed by thermal gravimetric analysis(DTG-TG),and the pore size distribution was measured by mercury intrusion test(MIP).The results show that the three kinds of materials have inhibition effect on efflorescence,GLJ can reduce the amount of efflorescence products by 11.23 percentage points,YDJ and YXJ by 6.34 percentage points and 8.45 percentage points respectively.The change rule of CaCO_(3) content in the sample is corresponding to the efflorescence degree of its appearance.MIP results show that the mechanism of GLJ inhibiting efflorescence is that it reduces the multi harmful pores larger than 200 nm and refines the pore size.The pore size in the sample has a greater influence on the efflorescence than the porosity.
