摘  要:研究了乙二胺四乙酸二钾(EDTA-2K)对磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)工作性能、力学性能以及微观结构的影响,分析了其影响机理。结果表明,随着EDTA-2K掺量的增加,MKPC的凝结时间明显延长,抗压强度先提高后降低,EDTA-2K掺量为2%时,MKPC的28 d抗压强度达到最高;XRD分析表明,MKPC表面析出的物质为磷酸二氢钾和无定形物质,EDTA-2K能够显著抑制MKPC的表面泛霜现象,MKPC表面析出物显著减少甚至不再析出,其原因可能是EDTA-2K改善了磷酸二氢钾溶液的稳定性,提高了MKPC的水化程度,改善了MKPC水化产物的形貌,提高了水化产物的密实程度。The effect of dipotassium ethylene diamine tetraacetate(EDTA-2K)on the working performance,mechanical properties and microstructure of potassium magnesium phosphate cement(MKPC)was studied,and its influence mechanism was analyzed.The results show that as the content of EDTA-2K increases,the setting time of MKPC is significantly prolonged,while the compressive strength of MKPC first increases and then decreases.When the content of EDTA-2K is 2%,the 28 d compressive strength of MKPC reaches the highest.X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis shows that the precipitated substances on the surface of MKPC are potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amorphous substances.EDTA-2K can significantly inhibit the surface efflorescence phenomenon of MKPC,and the precipitates on the surface of MKPC are significantly reduced or even no longer precipitated.The reason may be that EDTA-2K improved the stability of potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution,increased the degree of hydration of MKPC,improved the morphology of MKPC hydrated products,and increased the degree of compaction of hydrated products.
