摘 要:研究了3种无机活性粉料、3种保水稳定剂和3种聚羧酸减水剂对磷石膏基自流平砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:相比于粉煤灰和矿渣,高活性微粉对磷石膏基自流平砂浆的增强作用更显著,后期强度更高;相比于国产纤维素醚A1和进口纤维素醚A2,掺WD230的磷石膏基自流平砂浆具有更宽的加水量范围,抗泌水性能更优异;相比于聚羧酸减水剂B1与B2,掺Hanrius P49的磷石膏基自流平砂浆流动度更大,分散效果更好;采用高活性微粉和聚羧酸减水剂对磷石膏基自流平砂浆进行优化后,其30 min流动度损失2 mm,3 d抗折、抗压强度分别为4.7、19.0 MPa,28 d抗折、抗压强度分别为10.1、31.2 MPa,符合T/CBMF 82—2020《石膏基自流平砂浆》中G30的要求。The effects of 3 kinds of inorganic active micro-powders,3 kinds of water holding stabilizers and 3 kinds of superplasticizers on the properties of phosphogypsum-based self-leveling mortar were studied.The results showed that,compared with fly ash and slag,highly active micro-powder has a more significant effect on the enhancement performance of phosphogypsum-based self-leveling which showed higher later strength.Compared with domestic cellulose ether A1 and imported cellulose ether A2,phosphogypsum based self-leveling with WD230 has a wider range of water dosage and better anti-bleeding performance.Compared with polycarboxylate superplasticizer B1 and B2,the self-leveling contains Hanrius P49 showed better fluidity and dispersion effect.After optimizing phosphogypsum-based self-leveling with highly active micro-powders and polycarboxylate superplasticizers,the fluidity loss is 2 mm in 30 minutes,and the 3 d flexural and compressive strengths separately are 4.7 MPa and 19.0 MPa,and 28 d flexural and compressive strength are 10.1 MPa and 31.2 MPa,respectively,which meets the G30 performance index requirements in the standard T/CBMF 82—2020"Gypsum-based self-leveling mortar".
