摘 要:针对涡旋压缩机动涡盘倾覆和运动副间隙影响问题,在对其结构特征和受力情况分析的基础上,借助Solidworks建立涡旋压缩机转子系统三维模型,利用ADAMS对模型进行运动仿真与刚柔耦合模拟仿真.结果表明:定间隙时最大倾角发生在主轴周期内转角313.2°~330.6°,间隙对倾覆下动涡盘的质心位移没有影响,但会加大动涡盘的振动;动涡盘柔性化对其质心位移没有影响,但周期内其质心点位移径向方向最大值为刚性条件下的3.17倍,加剧了动涡盘的倾覆,降低了使用寿命.Aiming at the problems of orbiting scroll overturning and clearance of moving pair of scroll compressor,based on the analysis of its structural characteristics and force conditions,a three-dimensional model of the scroll compressor rotor system was established by Solidworks,and the motion simulation and rigid-flexible coupling simulation of the model were carried out by ADAMS.The simulation results show that the maximum inclination angle occurs at the rotation angle of 313.2°~330.6°within the spindle cycle under the constant clearance value.The clearance has no effect on the centroid displacement of the orbiting scroll under the overturning,but will increase the vibration of the orbiting scroll.The flexibilization of the orbiting scroll has no effect on its centroid displacement,but the maxiumum value of its centroid point displacement in the radial direction is 3.17 times of that under the rigid condition,which intensifies the overturning of the orbiting scroll and reduces its service life.
