摘 要:张吉怀铁路于芙蓉镇采用桥梁方式跨越酉水河,酉水大桥桥址处河岸两侧坡陡谷深,呈非对称“U”形,拱桥为经济合理的桥型,跨度约300 m。结合桥址地形、地质与两岸既有道路分布,对桥式结构、拱肋形式、拱上结构进行研究比选。经综合比选,酉水大桥选择跨径292 m的非对称上承式拱桥方案,该方案与地形匹配性最好,避开了陡边坡地段,充分利用既有道路作为施工便道,工程投资最少;拱肋采用双肢钢管混凝土桁架结构,该拱肋承载力高、施工方便、景观效果好;拱上结构采用钢-混组合刚构连续梁方案,该方案充分发挥刚构整体性强、刚度大、拱上高墩结构尺寸小、施工方便等优势。拱肋及钢-混组合梁的钢结构、预制板采用缆索吊装,混凝土梁采用悬臂挂篮浇筑。The Youshui River Bridge in Furong town carries the section of Zhangjiajie-Jishou-Huaihua Railway over the Youshui River.The bridge is located in a deep valley with steep slopes that looks like a non-symmetrical U shape.The arch bridge with a spanning capacity of 300 m is considered an economic option.The factors,including topography,geological condition and accesses on the two banks,were analyzed for the selection of bridge type,arch pattern and superstructure form.The final determination is an asymmetrical deck-type arch bridge with a main span of 292 m,which matches the topography well,can bypass the steep slope region and efficiently use the existing roads as construction accesses,and is the most economical option.The arch consists of two concrete-filled steel tubes,which has better load bearing capacity,facilitates the construction and creates more pleasing landscape.The deck system consists of steel-concrete composite girders.As a rigid structure,the integrity and rigidity of the bridge is outstanding,the dimension of spandrel columns is minimized,and the construction challenges is moderate.The arch,steel girders and prefabricated deck slabs were installed by cable way cranes,and the concrete beams were cast in cantilever using form travelers.
