摘 要:在采用纵向滑移方法把大型组块从驳船回拖至某船厂码头作业过程中,为确保码头钢筋混凝土承台结构的安全性,针对码头滑道开展载荷监测研究。在承台上方滑道的水泥滑块上布置应变片传感器,通过有限元分析建立应变与滑块垂向载荷间的力学关系,实时监测回拖过程滑道载荷响应。结果表明,当组块第3横梁从驳船进入码头滑道时,滑块垂向载荷出现最大值。监测方法可用于指导组块回拖或装船作业。In order to ensure the safety of the reinforced concrete structures on high-pile wharf platform in one ship yard during the longitudinal sliding load-out operation of one mega-topside from the floating barge to the wharf,the load monitoring is carried out.The strain gauges are mounted vertically on the blocks’surfaces of the slide way on the wharf platform.The mechanical relations between the strains measured and the vertical loads on the slide blocks are established by the finite element analysis.The loads on the slide way are monitored during the operation.The results shows that the maximum vertical load appears when the No.3 beam of the topside reaches the wharf slide way from the barge.The load monitoring solution can be applied to guide the load-out or loading operation of the topsides.
