摘 要:对风电输出功率进行频率分解能有效提升蓄电池/超级电容混合储能系统的工作性能和使用寿命。针对传统小波变换和小波包变换在对风电输出功率进行分解时在准确性和实时性方面的不足,提出了一种基于小波变换与小波包变换相结合的风电输出功率分解方法。该方法在分解过程中,首先,利用小波变换对风电输出功率进行多层分解,最后一层的低频风电功率直接并网,各层对应的高频风电功率为混合储能功率。然后,对各层高频风电功率中能同时被蓄电池和超级电容吸收的高频部分风电功率采用小波包分解,得到更加精细的高频成分,满足蓄电池吸收功率的最优频段范围,实现蓄电池对风电高频功率准确、有效吸收,提高蓄电池的使用寿命。最后,对小波变换与小波包变换相结合的方法进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,与传统小波方法相比,该方法能实现对风电输出功率的准确、快速分解,能有效提升风电输出功率分解的准确性与快速性。The frequency decomposition of wind power can effectively improve the performance and service life of the battery/super capacitor hybrid energy storage system.In view of the shortcomings of the accuracy and real-time performance of the traditional wavelet transform and wavelet packet transform in the decomposition of wind power,a method based on wavelet transform and wavelet packet transform was proposed.In the decomposition process,firstly,the wind power output was decomposed by wavelet transform,and the low frequency wind power of the last layer was connected directly.The corresponding high frequency wind power of each layer was the hybrid energy storage power.Then,wavelet packet decomposition was used to get more precise high frequency components for the high-frequency wind power of each layer of high-frequency wind power which can be absorbed by the battery and super capacitor at the same time,meet the optimal frequency range of the battery absorption power,realize the accurate and effective absorption of the high-frequency power of the battery to improve the service life of the battery.Finally,the simulation results show that compared with the traditional wavelet method.The results show that the method can realize the accuracy and fast decomposition of wind power output,and effectively improve the accuracy and rapidity of wind power decomposition.
