摘 要:为解决CoNiCrAlY粉末在热喷涂过程中的易氧化问题,本研究以CoNiCrAlY粉末与Al_(2)O_(3)粉末为原料,以平均包覆率为指标,通过正交实验对机械球磨工艺进行了优化。结合粉末的微观形貌分析探讨了球磨转速、球料比以及初始粉末的粒径分布对CoNiCrAlY-Al_(2)O_(3)核壳结构粉末包覆率与球形度的影响。结果表明,对复合粉末的平均包覆率影响最大的球磨工艺参数为球磨转速,影响最小的是球料比;增大CoNiCrAlY粉末与Al_(2)O_(3)粉末的粒径分布差可显著提高CoNiCrAlY-Al_(2)O_(3)核壳结构粉末的包覆率并改善复合粉末的球形度;升高球磨转速、增大球料比均有利于提高核壳结构粉末的包覆率;增大CoNiCrAlY粉末粒径,核壳结构粉末的平均包覆率升高;加入10%微米Al_(2)O_(3)时,CoNiCrAlY粒径范围为0~10,10~20,20~30及30~45μm的平均包覆率分别是13.0%,32.0%,46.0%和66.0%。In order to solve the problem of easy oxidation of CoNiCrAlY powder in the process of thermal spraying,using CoNiCrAlY powder and Al_(2)O_(3) powder as raw materials and the average coating rate as the index,the mechanical ball milling process was optimized with orthogonal experiment.Combined with the analysis of the micro-morphology of the powder,the effects of ball milling speed,ball-to-powder ratio,and initial powder particle size distribution on the coating rate and sphericity of CoNiCrAlY-Al_(2)O_(3) core-shell structured powder were discussed.The results show that the ball milling process parameters that have the greatest influence on the average coating rate of composite powder are ball milling speed,followed by ball material ratio,and ball milling time has the least influence.Increasing the difference of particle size distribution between CoNiCrAlY powder and Al_(2)O_(3) powder can significantly increase the coating rate of CoNiCrAlY-Al_(2)O_(3) core-shell structured powder and improve the sphericity of the composite powder.Increasing the ball milling speed,increasing the ball-to-material ratio are beneficial to improve the coating rate of core-shell structured powder.With the increase of the particle size of CoNiCrAlY powder,the average coating rate of core-shell structured powder increases.When 10%Al_(2)O_(3) is added,the average coating rates of 0-10 um,10-20 um,20-30 um and 30-45μm are 13.0%,32.0%,46.0% and 66.0%,respectively.
