四川省废弃电器电子产品拆解处理现状与发展趋势研究

摘　　要：为精准掌握废电器产生数量和结构变化情况,促进资源循环利用,分析了四川省不同种类废电器拆解处理数量、经济社会环境效益现状。结果表明:2012年-2019年废电器拆解处理量总体上经历了快速增长、缓慢增长和相对稳定三个阶段,其中废空调呈现连续增长态势;2015年-2019年废电器回收量总体上呈现先增长后稳定的发展趋势,其中废洗衣机和废空调呈现连续增长态势;2015年-2019年资源回收总量呈现先增长后下降的发展趋势,但资源物回收价值由于价格的增长呈现连续增长趋势。In order to grasp the number and structure changes of waste electrical appliances accuratelyand promote resource recycling,this paper analyzes the disassemble quantity of different kinds of waste electrical appliances in Sichuan province and the current situation of economic,social and environmental benefits.The analysis results show thatthe disassemble and treatment capacity of waste electrical appliances has generally experienced three stages of rapid growth,slow growth and relative stability.The waste air conditioning showed a continuous growth trendfrom 2012 to 2019.The recycling amount of waste electrical appliances showed a trend of growth first and then a stable development,in which waste washing machines and waste air conditioners showed a trend of continuous growthfrom 2015 to 2019.The total amount of resource recovery showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,but due to the increase of the purchase price of resources and materials,the value of resource recovery showed a trend of continuous growthfrom 2015 to 2019.
