摘 要:通过试验研究不同用量捕收剂、抑制剂及矿浆温度对酒钢焙烧磁选精矿浮选分选效果的影响,探索最佳药剂制度。在闭路连续试验中,捕收剂用量为120 g/t,淀粉用量为1000 g/t时,取得了精矿品位为57.35%、尾矿品位为28.49%、金属回收率为93.17%的指标,浮选精矿铁品位提高3.71个百分点,但浮尾品位偏高,表明该捕收剂浮选焙烧磁选铁精矿的选择性较差。Through laboratory tests,the effects of different dosages of collectors,inhibitors and slurry temperature on the flotation effect of JISCO roasted magnetic concentrates are studied,and the best reagent system in the laboratory is explored.In the closed-circuit continuous test,when the amount of collector is 120 g/t and the amount of starch is 1000 g/t,the index are achieved that the concentrate grade is 57.35%,the tailings grade is 28.49%,and the metal recovery rate is 93.17%.The iron grade of the flotation concentrate increased by 3.71%,but the floating tailing grade is higher,it indicates that the collector has poor selectivity for the flotation roasting magnetic iron concentrate.
