摘 要:针对传统回转窑直接还原工艺的还原时间长、焙烧温度高、能耗高、产能低等问题,提出了一种铁矿石回转窑煤基氢冶金工艺:将铁矿石、粘结剂及液相调制剂配料混匀后制成粒度10~20 mm生球,经链篦机干燥、预热到800~900℃后从氢冶金回转窑窑尾加入,球团在行进至回转窑焙烧区域中后段时,与从回转窑窑头煤枪喷入粒度10~30 mm的烟煤相遇,通过烟煤充分热解产生的H_(2)和以料层中的H_(2)O作气化剂气化碳产生的H_(2)对铁矿石中的铁氧化物进行还原,实现了主要以H_(2)还原为主的铁矿石氢冶金过程,此过程具有降低铁矿石还原温度、缩短还原时间、提高产品金属化率、降低系统能耗等特点。Considering some problems of normal direct reduction rotary kiln process,such as long reduction time,high roasting temperature,high energy consumption,low production capacity,etc.,this paper introduced a new coal-based hydrogen metallurgy process.Pellets were made by fine proportioned with additive and related liquid phase modulator.Some 10~20 mm pellets,dried and preheated via chain grate,entered rotary kiln when its temperature reached 800~900℃.In kiln roasting zone,iron oxides of these pellets firstly were reduced by hydrogen produced from soft coal in the sprayer of kiln entrance,almost simultaneously water was brought in this reaction.And reaction water continually gasifyed the carbon of soft coal in rotary kiln and produced hydrogen.Samely gasifyed and produced hydrogen reduced iron oxides in pellet.Finally hydrogen metallurgy procedure was achieved by using H_(2) as main reducer in rotary kiln.This new process had characteristics of low reduction temperature,short reduction time,low metallic rate and low system energy consumption.
