摘  要:白银公司某厂采用精馏法生产精锌工艺,存在的问题:主要为精馏塔单塔能力低。采取了对铅塔冷凝器外围架设轴流风机的辅助冷凝办法和利用停塔检修的机会优化改进铅塔冷凝器砌筑,从根本上提升铅塔冷凝器冷凝效率;实施了提升镉塔脱镉能力的精锌质量技术攻关,为稳定和提高单塔能力再优化提升空间。以上措施实施后,精馏塔单塔能力由29~33 t/d提高到35~36.5 t/d。In a factory of Baiyin company,the rectification process is used to produce fine zinc.The existing problem is that the capacity of single distillation tower is low.The auxiliary condensation method of setting up axial-flow fan around the lead tower condenser and the optimization improvement of the construction of the lead tower condenser by taking advantage of the opportunity of shutting down the tower for maintenance are adopted to fundamentally improve the condensation efficiency of the lead tower condenser,the technical break through of refined zinc quality to improve the cadmium removal capacity of the cadmium tower is also implemented to optimize the improvement space for the stability and improvement of the single tower capacity.After the implementation of the above measures,the single tower capacity of the distillation tower is increased from 29~33 t/d to 35~36.5 t/d.
