摘　　要：通过对不锈钢冷轧冷线中性盐罐加酸流量安装位置进行现场分析,从接触式和非接触式两种可行性方案进行分析研究。采用对比分析方法,重点从确保安装的安全性、及时性和降低设备费用三个方面出发,最终确定为非接触式外夹式超声波流量计方案,并提出后期保证测量数据运行准确性的方法,有效解决了不锈钢冷轧冷线中性盐罐加酸流量测量问题。Based on the site analysis of the installation position of acid adding flow in neutral salt tank of stainless steel cold rolling line,two feasible schemes of contact type and non-contact type were analyzed and studied.Using comparative analysis method,the key to ensure the safety of the installation,timeliness and reduce the cost of equipment three aspects,eventually identified as non-contact method of ultrasonic flowmeter,and put forward the method to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data to run late,effectively solve the stainless steel cold rolling line of cold neutral salt and acid flow measurement problem.
