摘  要:近年来悬索桥建设得到了迅速发展,悬索桥主缆的防护越来越被重视。缠绕钢丝作为悬索桥主要防护材料质量要求越来越高,要求缠绕钢丝原料盘条综合性能越来越高。缠绕钢丝用钢盘条成分均匀、尺寸精度高、具有一定的强度、良好的变形能力;盘条氧化铁皮易剥离;缠绕钢丝易镀锌、焊接性能好等。针对缠绕钢丝用钢盘条质量要求,为用户专门设计牌号,满足用户质量要求。With the rapid development of suspension bridge construction,researchers pay more and more attention to the protective materials of suspension bridge main cable.In order to improve the protection effect of winding steel wire for main cable of bridge,it is required that the winding steel wire must have the excellent properties of uniform chemical composition,high dimensional accuracy,good deformation ability,easy peeling of iron oxide scale,easy galvanizing and welding.Through the optimization of chemical composition and wire rod structure,satisfactory winding is produced for customers.
