摘  要:氧气在生物体能量代谢和维持稳态的过程中起着重要的作用,氧气是机体的正常生长发育不可缺少的重要生命元素。对于一些长期生活中高海拔地区的高原本土哺乳动物,由于高原氧气的含量不充足,机体就会出现与低氧有关的一系列表现。为了适应这种低氧的环境,机体通过对细胞代谢的调整和耐低氧因子的作用来适应低氧。近年来的一些研究表明,长期生活在高原的动物如喜马拉雅旱獭等体内存在着与低氧适应相关的基因。D-loop区是mt-DNA分子是负责生物体复制和转录的调控中心,遗传信息通过mt-DNA进行信息交换的枢纽。这篇文章从喜马拉雅旱獭线粒体基因D-loop区的变异和损伤,研究它与低氧适应的关系和机制,进一步得出D-loop区的变异与低氧适应的关系,并进行综合论述。Oxygen plays an important role in the process of energy metabolism and homeostasis.Oxygen is an indispensable life element for the normal growth and development of the body.For some indigenous mammals living in high altitude areas for a long time,due to the lack of oxygen content at high altitude,the body will appear a series of manifestations related to hypoxia.In order to adapt to this hypoxic environment,the body adapts to hypoxia through the regulation of cell metabolism and hypoxia tolerance.In recent years,some studies have shown that there are genes related to hypoxia adaptation in animals such as Marmota Himalayan.D-loop region is the regulatory center of mt DNA molecular replication and transcription,and also the hub of genetic information exchange.In this paper,the relationship and mechanism between mitochondrial D-loop region variation and hypoxic adaptation were studied in Marmota Himalayan,and the relationship between mitochondrial D-loop region variation and hypoxic adaptation was obtained and reviewed.
