摘　　要：名方升降散具有升清降浊、通利三焦、调畅气机之效。国医大师薛伯寿临证活用升降散,不仅用于四季热病、温疫,也用于内伤杂病。本文结合案例介绍薛老针对不同病机,运用升降散与其他方剂合方施治经验,其辨证准确,用药精良,疗效显著,值得临床借鉴。Renowned prescription of Shengjiang Powder has the effect of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity,clearing up the triple energize and regulating the movement of qi.National TCM master Xue Boshou flexibly applies the Shengjiang Powder in clinical practice,which is not only applicable to the four seasons of fever and epidemics,but also applied to miscellaneous diseases of internal injury.The article introduced Professor Xue’s treatment experience in combining Shengjiang Powder with other prescriptions for different pathogenesis,which showed accurate syndrome differentiation,excellent medication and remarkable efficacy,and is worthy of clinical reference.
