摘　　要：研制一种船舶轴舵系一体化安装的新型装备。该装备采用2级导轨布置的结构对轴舵系进行安装,克服船舶尾部狭小空间的限制,现场安装与拆卸便捷,可缩短前期安装准备及拆卸时间。该装备集成电控系统及液压顶升系统,在安装过程中自动化程度提高较大,省去烧焊吊码工序,可大幅提高安装效率与精度,降低人工操作强度,消除安全隐患,提高船舶建造的智能化水平。该装备在船舶行业具有较高的实用推广价值。A new type of equipment for the integrated installation of ship shaft and rudder system is developed.The equipment adopts the two-stage guide rail structure to install the shaft and rudder system,which overcomes the limitation of narrow space in ship stern,is convenient for the on-site installation and disassembly,and can shorten the time of early installation preparation and disassembly.The equipment integrates the electric control system and hydraulic jacking system,which greatly improves the automation degree during the installation and eliminates the procedure to weld the hanging codes,which can greatly improve the installation efficiency and accuracy,reduce the manual operation intensity,eliminate the security risks,and improve the intelligent level of ship construction.The equipment is of a higher practical promotion value in the ship industry.
