摘　　要：设计一种用于处理船舶构件自由边的装置。通过专用配套软件,快速便捷地由构件模型转换为可驱动装置的执行程序,装置自动完成构件固定、空间定位、刀具检查、构件自由边双面处理等动作,实现船舶构件自由边处理工序机器自动作业,提高生产效率,提升船舶行业自动化程度。A device for treating the free edges of ship member is designed.Through the special supporting software,it is quick and easy to convert the member model into the execution program that can drive the device.The device automatically completes the member fixing,spatial positioning,cutting tool inspection,member free edge double-sided treating and other actions,which can realize the automatic machine operation in the free edge treating procedure of ship member,improve the production efficiency,and improve the automation degree in the shipbuilding industry.
