摘　　要：目的探讨超声心动图在静脉窦型房间隔缺损(SVASD)诊断及随访中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年9月至2020年5月在我院手术治疗的24例SVASD患者的临床资料,并进行术后超声随访。结果术前超声确诊SVASD 22例,误诊2例。术后随访患者的心脏血流动力学指标比术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图作为诊断及随访SVAS的首选检查方法,术前多切面探查可有效降低漏诊率,提高诊断准确性。Objective To investigate the application value of echocardiography in the diagnosis and follow-up of venous sinus atrial septal defect(SVASD).Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with SVASD who received surgical treatment in our hospital from September 2011 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and postoperative ultrasound follow-up was conducted.Results Twenty-two cases with SVASD were diagnosed by preoperative ultrasonography,and 2 cases were misdiagnosed.The cardiac hemodynamic indexes in the postoperative follow-up patients were significantly improved compared with those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiography is the preferred examination method for SVAS diagnosis and follow-up.Preoperative multi-sectional examination can effectively reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
