摘  要:目的探讨在数字化X线摄影中,影像技师人为因素对辐射剂量与图像质量的影响。方法将100名进行胸部正位摄影的健康体检者随机均分为A、B 2组,A组采用常规的120 kV、自动曝光控制(AEC)进行摄影,B组采用90 kV、AEC摄影,分别记录2组的曝光指数(EI)和毫安秒(mAs);统计分析后进一步收集进行胸部正位摄影的健康体检者100名并随机均分为C、D 2组,C组采用120 kV、固定2.5 mAs进行摄影,D组采用90 kV、固定2.5 mAs进行摄影。对4组图像按照欧共体放射诊断影像质量标准进行评估。对4组EI进行单因素方差分析,对图像质量等级进行Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验。对96例进行腰椎正位检查的患者随机均分为E、F 2组,2组均采用80 kV、AEC摄影,E组采用常规的14 in×17 in照射野,F组采用10 in×12 in照射野,收集2组间的EI和mAs,分别进行双样本t检验。结果A、B、C、D各组EI分别为1585±142、1393±61、1435±50、1169±123,4组间EI差异具有统计学意义(F=142.49,P<0.01),事后两两比较进行LSD检验,其中A组与B组、A组与C组、B组与D组间EI差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。4组图像质量等级差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.14,P=0.25)。E组和F组EI分别是1819±63、1685±63,2组间EI差异具有统计学意义(t=10.43,P<0.01);2组mAs分别是68±37、86±47,E组mAs低于F组(t=-2.05,P=0.043)。结论在数字化X线摄影中,影像技师对摄影参数进行人为调整,可以在保证影像质量的同时,显著降低患者的辐射剂量,同时也更有利于照射部位以外器官的辐射防护。Objective To explore the influence of human factors of imaging technicians on radiation dose and image quality in digital radiography.Methods One hundred healthy persons who underwent posterior-anterior chest radiography were randomly divided into two groups:group A and B.The conventional tube voltage 120 kV and automatic exposure control(AEC)were used in group A.The tube voltage 90 kV and AEC were used in group B.The exposure index(EI)and mAs of the two groups were recorded,respectively.After statistical analysis,100 Healthy person were further collected and randomly divided into two groups:group C and D.The tube voltage 120 kV and fixed 2.5 mAs were used in group C.Group D was photographed at 90 kV and fixed at 2.5mAs.The image quality of the four groups was evaluated according to the European community standard.The one-way ANOVA was performed on the EI of four groups.The Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test was performed on the image quality grade.Ninety-six patients who underwent anterior-posterior lumbar spine radiography were randomly divided into two groups:group E and F.The tube voltage 80 kV and AEC were used in the two groups.The conventional exposure field 14 in×17 in was used in group E and the exposure field 10 in×12 in was used in group F.The EI and mAs of the two groups were collected and two-sample t test were performed on the EI and mAs of the two groups,respectively.Results The EI of group A、B、C、D were 1585±142,1393±61,1435±50,1169±123,respectively.The EI of the four groups were significantly different(F=142.49,P<0.01).There were significant differences in the EI between group A and group B(P<0.01),group A and group C(P<0.01),group B and group D(P<0.01).There was no statistical significance in the image quality of the four groups(χ2=4.14,P=0.25).The EI of group E and F were 1819±63 and 1685±63.There was significant difference in the EI of the two groups(t=10.43,P<0.01).The mAs of group E and F were 68±37 and 86±47.There was significant difference in the mAs of the two groups(t=-2.05,P=0
