西帕依固龈液与西吡氯铵联合在口腔念珠菌感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨西帕依固龈液与西吡氯铵联合应用于口腔念珠菌感染中的效果及对黏膜萎缩和红斑的影响。方法选择2019年8月—2020年7月本院收治的124例口腔念珠菌感染患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其划分为两组。对照组62例患者应用西吡氯铵含漱液治疗,研究组62例患者在此基础上应用西帕依固龈液联合治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后黏膜萎缩、红斑与疼痛积分,以及不良反应情况。结果在两组口腔念珠菌感染患者治疗的总有效率对比中,研究组的95.16%较对照组的79.03%更高(χ^(2)=7.176,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组口腔念珠菌感染患者黏膜萎缩积分(0.35±0.03)分、红斑积分(0.45±0.05)分,较对照组的(0.78±0.05)、(1.06±0.10)分更低(t=58.066、42.961,P<0.01)。治疗后,研究组口腔念珠菌感染患者疼痛积分(0.42±0.05)分,较对照组的(1.02±0.12)分更低(t=36.342,P<0.01)。在两组口腔念珠菌感染患者致病菌转阴率对比中,研究组转阴率为72.58%,较对照组的54.84%更高(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应情况。结论西帕依固龈液与西吡氯铵联合治疗口腔念珠菌感染效果确切,可有效改善患者黏膜萎缩和红斑问题,降低疼痛程度,安全可靠,适于临床应用与推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xipayi Guyin Fluid combined with cipyrronium chloride in oral candida infection and its effect on mucosal atrophy and erysipelas.Methods A total of 124 patients with oral candida infection admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as study subjects and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.In the control group,62 patients were treated with cepramonium chloride,and in the study group,62 patients were treated with Xipayi Guyin Fluid combination on this basis.The clinical efficacy,mucosal atrophy,erythema,pain score,and adverse reactions before treatment were compared between the two groups.Results In comparison of the total effective rate of oral candida infection between the two groups,95.16%in the study group was higher than 79.03%in the control group(χ^(2)=7.176,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mucosal atrophy(0.35±0.03)points and erythema(0.45±0.05)points in the oral candida infection patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group(0.78±0.05)points and(1.06±0.10)points(t=58.066,42.961,P<0.01).After treatment,the pain score of patients with oral candida infection in the study group of(0.42±0.05)points was lower than that of the control group of(1.02±0.12)points(t=36.342,P<0.01).In comparison of the negative conversion rate between the two groups of oral candida infection,the negative conversion rate of the study group was 72.58%,which was higher than 54.84%in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups during treatment.Conclusion The combination of Xipayi Guyin Fluid and cipyrronium chloride is effective in the treatment of oral candida infection,effectively improving the mucosal atrophy and erythra,reducing pain,safe and reliable,and suitable for clinical application and promotion.
