以全科医生为主体的糖尿病中医药健康管理服务流程研究

摘　　要：目的分析以全科医生为主体的糖尿病中医药健康管理服务流程的研究。方法回顾分析2020年1—10月本院全科医学科病房及门诊收治的糖尿病患者80例,按其管理方式分组,其中40例接受全科医生为主体的糖尿病中医药健康管理服务流程干预(观察组),另40例接受常规健康管理干预(对照组),比较患者血糖指标、并发症发生率。结果观察组并发症总发生率2.50%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较血糖指标,干预前组间数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组HbA1c、2 hPG、FPG低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前组间SF-36评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将以全科医生为主体的糖尿病中医药健康管理服务流程应用到糖尿病患者中,患者血糖指标得到更好地控制,且可降低发症发生率,改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the research of diabetes TCM health management service process with general practitioners as the main body.Methods A retrospective analysis from January to October 2020 in our hospital's General Medicine Department ward and outpatient treatment of 80 cases of diabetic patients,according to their management methods,of which 40 cases received general practitioners as the main body of diabetes Chinese medicine health management service process intervention(observation group),the other 40 cases received routine health management intervention(control group).The blood glucose indexes and incidence of the disease were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the control group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the blood glucose index,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the HbA1c,2 hPG and FPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),After the intervention,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM health management service process with general practitioners as the main body in patients with diabetes mellitus can get better control of blood glucose indicators,reduce the incidence of disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
