细节护理在体检科工作中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析细节护理在体检科工作中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6—12月入本院体检科进行体检的76例体检者作为观察对象,随机分为参照组与研究组,各38例,参照组实施常规护理,研究组应用细节护理,比较两组体检者的平均体检时间与护理满意度。结果研究组的平均体检时间为(59.3±11.3)min,明显短于参照组的(78.4±11.2)min;研究组的护理满意度为97.4%,明显高于参照组的84.2%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体检科工作中,对接受体检的体检者实施细节护理,可以有效缩短平均体检时间,提升体检者的护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in physical examination.Methods A total of 76 medical examinees who were enrolled in the physical examination department of our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into a reference group and a research group,38 cases in each,the reference group implemented routine nursing,and the research group applied detailed nursing.Compared the average physical examination time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of medical examinees.Results The average physical examination time of the study group was(59.3±11.3)min,which was significantly shorter than(78.4±11.2)min of the reference group;the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.4%,which was significantly higher than 84.2%of the reference group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the work of the medical examination department,implementing detailed care for the medical examinees can effectively shorten the average medical examination time and greatly improve the nursing satisfaction of the medical examiners.
