广电网络IP平台直播信源系统优化改造概述

摘　　要：基于互联网技术的广泛应用,通过福建广电网络集团股份有限公司IP平台直播信源系统改造的背景和意义,实现IP平台信号与数字视频广播信号资源最大化利用,将互动视频点播和多屏互动转码系统前置于数字电视播出系统的拓扑规划。阐述播出平台统一进行各类信源编转码处理的内容,码流控制技术及转码系统的特点。对IP平台播出系统面临的问题进行了探讨。Based on the widely applied Internet technology,this paper introduces Fujian renovation of the broadcast radio and television networks IP platform source background and the significance of system transformation.It discusses the realization of maximum utilization of the IP platform signals and the digital video broadcasting,and makes the interactive video on demand and multi screen interactive transcoding system in front of the topology of the digital television broadcast system planning.This paper focuses on the content of the system transformation for the unified coding and transcoding of all kinds of information sources on the broadcast platform,and describes the practical application scenarios in detail.
