摘 要:提出了一种基于物联网技术的工业级智能泵阀云服务平台设想,提出利用飞速发展的物联网技术,来实现各类异构的智能泵阀之间的信息互通、逻辑配置、信息采集终端与控制设备的联动,从而改变各类异构的智能泵阀各自独立实现固定功能的现状,消除“孤岛”现象,实现工业级智能泵阀之间更加快捷的沟通、交流、共享和有效的协同运作.In order to solve the problem of"isolated island"in the current intelligent pump and valve industry,and make the intelligent devices communicate,exchange and share more effectively and quickly,at the same time,in order to build a more systematic and open platform,this paper proposes an industrial intelligent pump and valve cloud service platform based on the Internet of things technology.Using the fully developed Internet of things technology to realize the information exchange,logical configuration,information collection terminal and control equipment linkage between all kinds of heterogeneous intelligent pumps and valves,so as to realize the collaborative operation between the original industrial level intelligent pumps and valves with independent fixed functions.This paper analyzes the inevitable concurrent real-time process in the control process,and puts forward a solution.
