酸性水汽提装置侧线抽出腐蚀分析

摘　　要：介绍某酸性水汽提装置侧线抽出管线及换热器管束腐蚀泄漏失效情况,通过分析,确定腐蚀机理为H_(2)S、NH_(3)、H_(2)O环境下的NH_(4)HS冲刷腐蚀。通过材质升级及工艺调整,腐蚀情况得到控制。The leakage failure happed on the sideline and the heat exchanger tube bundle in a sour water stripperwas introduced.Through analysis,it’s determined that the leakage of tube bundle and the side line was caused by NH4HS erosion corrosion in the presence of H_(2)S,NH_(3) and H_(2)O.The corrosion was controlled by material upgrading and the process improvement.
