摘　　要：大学生兼职是目前普遍存在的一种社会现象。通过网络问卷、深入访谈的方法采集570份北京高校大学生兼职数据,并进行统计分析,获得北京高校大学生兼职的基本特征。结果显示:招聘信息来源正规,学生兼职动机端正,岗位类型丰富多样,但技术性不强,专业关联度低;每周兼职时长多在16小时以下,兼职日收入多在50~150元,可以很好补贴学生的日常生活。兼职不会对学习造成不良影响,且对大学生就业发挥积极作用。同时,大学生兼职过程中也面临一些问题。针对北京大学生兼职现状及面临的问题,从社会、学校、家庭、个人四个方面提出了大学生兼职管理、权益保障方面的对策与建议。It is a common social phenomenon that college students take part-time jobs.By means of network questionnaires and in-depth interviews,570 part-time job data of college students in Beijing were collected,and the basic characteristics of the part-time job data of college students in Beijing were obtained.The results show that the sources of recruitment information are regular;students’part-time motivation is correct;the types of jobs are varied,but the technical skills are not strong;and the degree of professional correlation is low.Most part-time jobs are less than 16 hours per week,and the daily income of part-time jobs is 50~150 yuan,which can well subsidize students’daily life.Part-time jobs do not have a bad effect on students’study,and play a positive role in college students’employment.At the same time,college students also face some problems in the process of doing part-time jobs.In view of the current situation and problems of college students’part-time jobs in Beijing,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the management of college students’part-time jobs and the protection of their rights and interests from the four aspects of society,school,family and individual.
