摘　　要：目的探讨四肢骨折院前急救不同外固定方法的护理效果。方法选取2020年1~12月院前急救四肢骨折患者100例为研究对象,依据急救时间不同分成两组,其中以2020年1~6月接收的50例院前急救四肢骨折患者为对照组,采用传统夹板绷带外固定治疗;以2020年7~12月接收的50例院前急救四肢骨折患者为治疗组,采用医用外固定可塑型夹板固定治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果两组患者的疼痛程度比较,治疗组Ⅲ度疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),其余不同程度的疼痛率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的临床效果比较,治疗组的临床总有效率为94.00%高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用外固定可塑型夹板固定法对院前急救四肢骨折患者的效果显著,能减轻疼痛,有利于患者恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore and compare the nursing effects of different external fixation methods in pre hospital first aid for limb fractures.Methods Taking January 2020 to December 2020 as the time node,100 patients with pre hospital emergency limb fractures were selected and divided into two groups according to the emergency time.50 patients with pre hospital emergency limb fractures received from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the control group and treated with traditional splint bandage external fixation;50 patients with pre hospital emergency limb fractures received from July to December 2020 were selected as the treatment group and fixed with medical external fixation plastic splint produced by Zhuozhou Huanuo life-saving equipment Co.,Ltd.in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province.The pain degree of the two groups was compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results Treatment group pain III degree(1 case)is less than the control group(8 cases)(P<0.05).The application effect of the treatment group(94.00%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with limb fractures undergoing pre hospital first aid,the use of medical external fixation and plastic splint fixation can reduce pain and achieve outstanding results.
