摘  要:目的探讨结局反思型教育联合肺康复护理对脊髓损伤患者肺功能及呼吸系统并发症的影响。方法选择2020年5月~2021年5月我院治疗的脊髓损伤患者60例,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加以实施结局反思型教育联合肺康复护理,比较两组患者的肺功能状况及呼吸系统并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、一秒率(FEV1/FVC)、最大通气量(MVV)、最大呼气量(PEF)均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率比较,观察组患者的肺部感染、肺不张、呼吸衰竭发生率为3.33%低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结局反思型教育联合肺康复护理应用于脊髓损伤患者能促进肺功能康复,降低呼吸系统并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of outcome reflection-based education combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on lung function and respiratory complications in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods Sixty patients with spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.The control group took routine care,and the observation group was based on the control group with outcome reflection type Education combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing to compare the pulmonary function status and the incidence of respiratory complications between the two groups.Results The forced vital capacity(FVC),the first-second forced breathing volume(FEV1),and the one-second rate(FEV1/FVC)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 for each);the observation group had lung infection,atelectasis,and breathing the incidence of failure was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of outcome reflection-based education combined with pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal cord injury can promote pulmonary function rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of respiratory complications.
