摘 要:消防服用多层织物一般为4层结构,分别为外层织物、防水透气层织物、隔热层织物和舒适层织物。为研究新型隔热层织物对消防服用多层织物热防护性能及热湿舒适性能的影响,选用2种外层织物、1种防水透气层织物、6种隔热层织物和1种舒适层织物进行配伍组合,组成12种消防服用多层织物,测试其热防护性能。并从中选出热防护性能优异的6种消防服用多层织物进行热阻、湿阻测试,计算相应的总热量散失。最后运用分层评价模式对织物的热防护性能和热湿舒适性能进行综合评价。结果表明:新型隔热层织物可提高消防服用多层织物的热防护性能,但会降低其热湿舒适性能,其综合性能优于传统隔热层织物。隔热层织物的厚度、面密度等基本物理参数对消防服用多层织物组合的热防护性能和热湿舒适性能影响显著,隔热层织物越厚,组合织物的热防护性能越好,热湿舒适性能越差。Multilayer fabrics for fire-fighting clothing generally have a 4-layer structure,which are outer layer fabric,waterproof and breathable layer fabric,insulation layer fabric and comfort layer fabric.In order to study the effect of the new thermal insulation fabric on the performance of thermal protective and thermal comfort of multi-layer fabrics for fire suit,2 kinds of outer fabrics,1 kind of waterproof and breathable layer fabric,6 kinds of heat insulation layer fabrics,1 kind of comfort layer fabric were selected for combination to form 12 kinds of fire-fighting multi-layer fabrics.Their thermal protective performances were tested to select 6 kinds of multi-layer fabric combinations with excellent thermal protective performance.And then the thermal insulation and the evaporative resistance were tested,and the corresponding total heat loss was calculated.Finally,the thermal protective and thermal comfort of the fabric were evaluated by hierarchical evaluation model.The results show that the new insulation fabric can improve the thermal protective performance of multi-layer fabric for fire suit but reduce its thermal comfort.Its comprehensive performance is better than traditional heat insulation fabric.The basic physical parameters,such as the thickness and surface density of the insulation layer fabric,have a significant effect on the thermal protective performance and thermal comfort of the multi-layer fabric combination for fire suit.The thicker the insulation layer fabric,the better the thermal protective performance of composite fabric,the worse the thermal comfort performance.
