摘　　要：毛精纺厂为降低生产成本,提高原料的使用效率,通常将生产过程中产生的零疵纱作为剑杆织机废边纱使用,针对剑杆织机效率的改善提升问题,对意大利GAMATEX废边整经机进行技术改造。改造后,在零疵纱纱线物理指标与工艺要求同等的前提下,废边纱断头率下降约80%,织机效率平均提升4.5%,使得库存零疵纱得到再利用,可为毛精纺厂挖潜节能、降本增效,是实现优质、高产、低消耗的有效途径,具有较大推广应用价值。In order to reduce the production cost and improve the use efficiency of raw materials,defect yarn and surplus yarn produced in the production process is usually used as waste edge yarn of rapier loom.To improve the efficiency of rapier loom,the Italian GAMATEX waste edge warping machine is transformed.After modification,under the same requirements of physical indexes and technological requirements of the defect yarn and surplus yarn,breakage rate of waste removal yarn fell by about 80%,loom efficiency increase of 4.5%on average,the inventory defect yarn and surplus yarn was recycled,which can exploit potential in energy saving,decreasing cost and increasing benefit,is an effective way to realize high quality,high yield and low consumption,has higher application value.
