摘 要:为了探讨换热器分布板的分布性能,采用CFD数值模拟方法,对两种不同孔径的换热器分布板进行模拟研究。改变换热器进口处的流体流速,将分布板处压力场、速度场的均匀性作为衡量指标,分析两种不同孔径分布板上压力场和速度场的分布。结果表明,装置内部压力分布与流速分布的等值线均呈马鞍形,中部数值较大,边缘数值较小。在相同的入口流速下,孔径为16 mm分布板上的压力分布情况比25 mm分布板更差;速度分布情况优于25 mm分布板;增加进口流速,压力分布情况和速度分布情况会得到改善。In order to explore into the distribution performance of heat exchanger distribution plate,two heat exchanger distribution plates with different bore diameters are studied using the CFD numerical simulation method.Fluid flow rate at the inlet of the heat exchanger was changed,taking evenness of the pressure field and velocity field at the distribution plate as measurement indicators,to analyze the distribution of pressure field and velocity field on the two distribution plates with different bore diameters.Results show that the contours of pressure distribution and flow rate distribution inside the plant are saddle-shaped,with larger values in the middle and smaller values at the edge.At the same inlet flow rate,pressure distribution on the 16 mm distribution plate is worse than that of the 25 mm distribution plate,but the velocity distribution is better than that of the 25 mm distribution plate.When inlet flow rate increases,the pressure distribution and velocity distribution are improved.
