摘  要:针对二段成环一级冷凝器接管的结构复杂性,且承受外载荷的工况不能按GB/T 150规范进行常规设计,需要采用分析设计的方法进行局部应力计算。接管在ANSYS软件中进行建模、网格划分、荷载施加、计算、后处理、应力评定等详细步骤后,得到该接管的计算结果,可知该接管的设计完全可靠,以期应力分析方法更多地使用在复杂工况下压力容器的设计制造过程中。Given the structural complexity of pipe connection of the two-stage loop primary condenser,and that its operating conditions bearing external load cannot be designed commonly according to GB/T 150,local stress calculation needs to be carried out by means of analytical design.After such steps of the piping as modeling,meshing,load application,calculation,post-treatment and stress assessment in ANSYS software,calculation results of the piping can be obtained to assure that the pipeline connection design is completely reliable.It hopes that the stress analysis method can be applied more in the design and manufacture of pressure vessels for complex operating conditions.
