摘 要:以平流层柔性充气囊体为研究对象,对分隔帘布式和高压气柱式2种不同内部结构的充气碟形囊体结构力学性能进行了研究。建立了基于膜单元和非线性接触算法的有限元模型,得到了2种构型囊体结构在相同压差及承载作用下的变形及应力分布,并通过试验结果的对比分析验证了仿真分析的准确性。研究结果显示,高压气柱式囊体结构在气柱表压较大时刚度更好且应力分布更均匀,能有效避免褶皱等失效模式。In order to study the mechanical performance of the flexible inflated airship working in the stratospheric,two types of inflated saucer-shaped airbag structure,which are separate-curtain and high-pressure air-tube,are researched.A finite-element model for the airbag is established based on the membrane element and nonlinear contact algorithm.Based on this model,the deformation and stress distribution of two types of airbag under the same inflation pressure and load are analyzed and compared.The validity of the simulation analysis is verified by the comparative analysis of the experimental results.The results show that the high-pressure air-tube structure shows better rigidity and more uniform stress distribution with relatively higher inflation pressure of air-tube,which can effectively avoid the failure such as the membrane wrinkles.
