摘　　要：大数据时代的来临,不仅推动技术和经济的变革,还推动政府治理的变革,智慧治理正成为世界各国推动政府现代化发展的战略选择和新趋势。在此背景下,探索运用智慧治理学校体育场馆服务全民健身,对助力全民健身运动高质量发展具有重要的意义。运用文献研读、逻辑分析、实地考察等方法,在分析学校体育场馆服务全民健身智慧治理的内在诉求基础上,剖析其所面临的现实困境,进而提出相应的实施路径。研究认为:(1)大数据时代学校体育场馆服务全民健身智慧治理的内在诉求是化解场馆资源配置不均衡的需要,是优化传统低效的治理模式的需要,是提高人民群众健康水平的需要,是助推全民健身运动高质量发展的需要。(2)大数据时代学校体育场馆服务全民健身智慧治理的现实困境:传统体制下金字塔式管理体制壁垒,传统行政治理方式缺乏数据思维,实际治理中智慧治理理念缺失,数据平台和专业技术人才薄弱。(3)大数据时代学校体育场馆服务全民健身智慧治理的路径选择:打破传统管理体制壁垒,构建多元主体共同参与的协同型智慧治理体制;创新政府治理方式,形成“用数据说话、决策、管理、创新”的政府决策模式;转变政府治理理念,打造以大数据思维引领治理现代化进程的智慧化理念;强化数据基础设施建设,推进大数据平台和专业技术人才供给侧结构性改革。The advent of big data era not only promotes the change of technology and economy,but also promotes the change of government governance.Smart governance is becoming the strategic choice and new trend of promoting the modernization of government in the world.It is of great significance to explore the use of smart governance of school sports venues to serve the national fitness,which is of great significance to the high-quality development of national fitness.By using the methods of literature,logical analysis and field investigation,this paper analyzes the internal demands of school sports venues to serve the national fitness wisdom governance,analyzes the practical difficulties it faces,and then puts forward the corresponding implementation path.The research shows that:1)In the era of big data,the internal demands of smart governance of school sports venues serving national fitness are the needs of resolving the unbalanced allocation of venue resources,optimizing the traditional inefficient governance model,improving the health level of the people,and promoting the high-quality development of national fitness.2)In the era of big data,the practical dilemma of smart governance of school sports venues serving national fitness:the barriers of pyramid management system under the traditional system,the lack of data thinking in the traditional administrative governance mode,the lack of intelligent governance concept in actual governance,and the weakness of data platform and professional and technical personnel.3)In the era of big data,the path choice of smart governance of school stadiums and gymnasiums for national fitness service is as follows:breaking the traditional management system barriers,building a collaborative intelligent governance system with the participation of multiple subjects;innovating the government governance mode to form the government decision-making mode of"speaking with data,decision-making,management and innovation";transforming the government governance concept to create a governance led by bi
