摘  要:诸如柱塞、轴承和轮辋之类器件在工作时的摩擦形式一般都比较复杂,为研究这类高速运动副在不同动态工况下的表现,设计了一种全新结构的环-块摩擦试验机来解决现有环-块摩擦试验机加载灵活性差的问题。该机配套基于虚拟仪器的伺服控制和数据采集系统,实现了闭环控制和集成化交互界面,能够适应试验对各类动态工况的需求,并支持摩擦系数、载荷和温度等数据的实时采集与同步显示。样机测试结果表明,该机所得结果可重现性强,试验运行过程稳定可靠。The friction forms of devices such as plungers,bearings,and rims are generally more complicated when they are working.In order to study the performance of such high-speed motion pairs under different dynamic conditions,a new structure of ring-block friction testing machine was designed to solve the problem of poor flexibility of the existing ring-block friction testing machine.The machine was equipped with servo control and data acquisition system based on virtual instrument to achieve closedloop control and integrated interactive interface,which can meet the needs of the test for dynamic working conditions and support real-time data collection and synchronous display of friction coefficient,load and temperature,etc.The test results of the prototype machine show that the results obtained by the machine are highly repeatable and the test operation process is stable and reliable.
