摘　　要：科技服务业作为现代服务业的重要分支,已成为社会和各级政府重点扶持和发展的领域。目前,河南省已建设的科技服务平台,对各种科技服务的分类方法差异过大,造成用户使用不便,从而限制了科技服务的应用推广。根据科技服务应用场景复杂、附加值高、智力知识密集、辐射带动作用强的特点,本文总结现有科技服务分类方法的不足,构建了科技服务分类框架,分别从内容维度、用户群体维度和阶段维度进行分类,并根据其共性特征进行交叉处理。在使用过程中,采用人工智能技术对分类进行更新与维护。通过对科技服务进行分类融合,优化用户使用效果,有助于科技服务的发展规划,对推动河南省科技建设和经济发展具有重要意义。As an important branch of modern service industry,science and technology service industry has become the key support and development field of society and government at all levels.At present,the science and technology service platform built in our province has great differences in the management and classification methods,which causes inconvenience to users and limits the application and promotion of scientific and technological services.According to the characteristics of complex application scene,high added value,intensive intelligence and knowledge,strong radiation driving effect,the classification framework of science and technology service is constructed,which is classified from three dimensions of space dimension and enterprise peacekeeping content dimension,and intersects according to its common characteristics.In the process of use,artificial intelligence technology is used to update and maintain the classification.By classifying and merging science and technology services,optimizing the use effect of users,it is helpful to the development of science and technology services,and is of great significance to promoting the science and technology construction and economic development of our province.
