摘　　要：加快5G发展,对于升级基础设施、赋能产业转型、打造经济发展新动能等具有重要作用。本文从开封市5G产业发展基础入手,梳理开封5G产业发展现状,指出主要问题是5G应用数量和质量落后、应用生态不完善等;通过分析开封市5G产业发展总体思路和发展目标,提出开封市5G产业发展的重点应以5G技术创新和5G融合应用为主,应用主要领域为智能制造、智慧农业、智慧医疗和智慧城市;开封市5G产业发展的主要任务是打造产业聚集区、突破产品创新项目、拓展应用场景和引培专业人才等;最后提出促进开封市5G产业发展的保障措施,包括做好顶层设计、重视人才培养、深化开放合作、创建5G园区、拓宽融资渠道等。Accelerating the development of 5G plays an important role in up-grading infrastructure,enabling industrial transformation and creating a new driving force for economic development.Starting from the basis of the development of 5G industry in Kaifeng,this paper explores the major opportunities brought by the current 5G industry,combs the current situation of the development of 5G industry in Kaifeng,and points out that the main problems are the backward quantity and quality of 5G application,imperfect application ecology and so on;This paper analyzes the general idea and development goal of 5G industry development in Kaifeng,and puts forward that the focus of 5G industry development in Kaifeng should be 5g technology innovation and 5G integrated application,and the main application fields should be considered as intelligent manufacturing,intelligent agriculture,intelligent medical treatment and intelligent city;Kaifeng also put forward the main tasks currently facing the development of 5G industry,mainly creating industrial agglomeration areas,breaking through product innovation projects,expanding application scenarios and attracting and training professionals;Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures to promote the development of 5G industry in Kaifeng,including doing a good job in top-level design,paying attention to talent training,deepening open cooperation,creating 5G Park,broadening financing channels and so on.
