摘 要:以作战和远程投送作战物资、短距起降、快速机动需求为牵引,以战场前置机场以及无占领机场或占领机场改建重新恢复作用选址和位置决策为实际背景,利用粗糙集理论,从不精确、不一致、不完整等大量不完备信息中求取最小不变集合,求解最小规律集,得出指标权重,同时对指标进行专家打分,应用云模型理论对某海外野战机场选址建设进行方案评估。经过案例分析,该方法能够确定选址及建设的优劣程度,对于空军海外和远程作战研究具有一定的参考价值。This paper takes the requirements of combat and long-distance delivery of combat materials,short-range takeoff and landing and rapid mobility as the traction,takes the location and location decision of battlefield front airport and non occupied airport or reconstruction and restoration of occupied airport as the actual background,and uses rough set theory to obtain the minimum invariant set from a large amount of incomplete information such as imprecision,inconsistency and incompleteness,The minimum rule set is solved,the index weight is obtained,the index is scored by experts,and the scheme of site selection and construction of an overseas field airport is evaluated by using cloud model theory.The case analysis shows that this method can determine the advantages and disadvantages of site selection and construction,and has a certain reference value for the overseas and long-range combat research of the air force.
