摘　　要：以河南一县域为试点开展研究,以经济建设和社会发展需求为主题,以提高地理信息服务为动力,紧密结合县域地方特点,开展基础地理信息、地理信息公共服务平台、应用示范工程、应用支撑环境以及政策机制等建设工作,构建数字县域基础地理空间框架,建立县域权威、标准、唯一的地理信息公共服务平台。This paper takes a county in Henan Province as a pilot to carry out research,takes the needs of economic construction and social development as the theme,takes improving geographic information services as the driving force,closely combines the local characteristics of the county,carries out the construction of basic geographic information,geographic information public service platform,application demonstration project,application support environment and policy mechanism,and constructs the basic geospatial framework of digital county,in order to establish an authoritative,standard and unique geographic information public service platform in the county.
