厂顶溢流式厂房闸门不同开度数值模拟研究

摘  要:以国内某水电站灯泡贯流式机组厂顶溢流式厂房为对象,研究闸门开启时不同开度下水流经过溢流道时的状态。采用SST k-ω湍流模型和流体体积(Volume of Fluid,VOF)方法,利用UG软件建立溢流道三维模型和水库流体域,使用Fluent软件进行数值模拟对比不同开度泄流下水流经过溢流道的情况,获得了在不同闸门开度下水体经过溢流道时的速度以及形态。结果表明:闸门开启的瞬间水流经过闸门会出现激流现象,并在直线段末端产生涡流,同时溢流道的直线段与反弧段交界处的压力较反弧段的压力更大;随着闸门的开启,厂房侧面压力逐渐减小,末端挑坎处的压力逐渐增大。Taking the overflow house on the top of bulb tubular unit plant of a hydropower station as the object,the state of water flow through the overflow passage under different opening of the gate was studied.Combining with the SST turbulence model and the VOF method,using UG software flow through the three dimensional model is established and the reservoir fluid field,the use of Fluent software numerical simulation comparison under different opening discharge water through the overflow,obtained under different gate opening speed and form when water through the overflow.The results show that when the gate is opened,there will be a torrent of water flowing through the gate,and eddy current will be generated at the end of the straight section.At the same time,the pressure at the junction of the straight section and the arc section of the overflow passage is higher than that of the arc section.With the opening of the gate,the side pressure of the workshop gradually decreases,and the pressure at the end of the cantilever gradually increases.
