摘  要:工业钢渣是工业炼钢生产过程中容易排出的固体残渣,是一种用于工业的固体废物,占工业生产中使用粗钢的15%~20%。钢渣具有碱性强、棱角丰富等特点,其主要金属矿物和有机化学成分与其他水泥料和熟料相似,具有潜在的有机水化学和反应活性。近年来,我国高速公路建设成就显著,其集料需求增大,使得常规的天然集料已经不能满足需求。钢渣集料是否能在高速道路上广泛应用发展是目前备受业界关注的一个热点。因此,本文总结大型钢渣的化学性质、活化特性、流动特性及稳定性的相关研究进展,并重点介绍了钢渣在城市道路交通工程设计中的实际应用情况。Industrial steel slag is generally used as a solid residue that is easily discharged during industrial steelmaking production.It is a solid waste for industrial use,accounting for 15%~20%of crude steel used in industrial production.Steel slag has the characteristics of strong alkalinity,rich edges and corners,and its main metal minerals and organic chemical composition are similar to other cement materials and clinker,and it has potential organic water chemistry and reactivity.In recent years,China’s highway construction has achieved remarkable results,so the demand for aggregates has increased.Conventional natural aggregates can no longer meet the demand.Whether steel slag aggregates can be widely used on highways has become a hot spot in the industry.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of the chemical properties,activation characteristics,flow characteristics and stability of largescale steel slag,and focuses on the practical application of steel slag in the design of urban road traffic engineering.
