边远农村老年高血压患者生活质量评价及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查边远农村老年高血压患者的生活质量及影响因素,为促进农村老年高血压患者的健康提供数据支持。方法:采用整群抽样的方法纳入461例单纯老年高血压患者,采用SF-36量表评价其生活质量现状。结果:生理机能得分在不同年龄组和不同性别组有差异。生理职能、情感职能得分仅在性别组有差异,并且二者得分男性均高于女性。结论:边远农村老年单纯高血压患者生活质量相对较好。生理机能、生理职能、情感职能得分与性别有关,男性优于女性。生理机能得分随年龄增长而降低,但各生活质量评价指标与血压水平无明显差异。OBJECTIVE To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors of elderly hypertensive patients in remote rural areas, and to provide data support for promoting the health of elderly hypertensive patients in rural areas. METHODS 461 elderly patients with simple hypertension were selected by cluster sampling, and their quality of life was evaluated by SF-36 scale. RESULTS There were significant differences in physiological function scores between different age groups and different gender groups.The scores of Role-physical and Role-emotional showed differences only in the gender group, and the scores of men were higher than those of women. CONCLUSION The quality of life in the remote rural elderly patients with simple hypertension was better. Physical functioning, Role-physical and Role-emotional score were related to gender, and men were superior to females. At the same time, physical functioning decreased with age, but there was no significant difference between the evaluation indexes of quality of life and blood pressure.
