新冠肺炎疫情防控对伊犁州呼吸道传染病发病率的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析和研究新冠肺炎常态化防控形势下其他急性呼吸道传染病发病情况,为呼吸道传染病防控提供科学依据。方法:从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中获取2019年和2020年伊犁州呼吸道传染病发病数和发病率(/10万),采用SPSS 20.0软件进行呼吸道传染病发病率的比较。结果:除麻疹外,2020年肺结核(χ^(2)=152.193,P<0.01)、流行性腮腺炎(χ^(2)=949.711,P<0.01)、流行性感冒(χ^(2)=23.714,P<0.01)、猩红热(χ^(2)=150.809,P<0.01)、百日咳(χ^(2)=18.755,P<0.01)、风疹(χ^(2)=7.069,P<0.01)发病率均低于2019年,差异均有统计学意义。结论:2020年伊犁州新冠肺炎疫情进入常态化防控后,大部分急性呼吸道传染病发病率较2019年呈下降趋势,疫情防控所采取的措施有助于降低呼吸道传染病的发病率。OBJECTIVE To analyze and research the incidences of other acute respiratory infectious diseases in the situation of normalized prevention and control of COVID-19, and to provide scientific references for respiratory infectious diseases. METHODS It could obtain the number and incidence of respiratory infectious diseases in 2019 and 2020 from the China disease prevention and control information system, comparison of the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases with SPSS software 20.0 version. RESULTS Except for measles, the incidences of tuberculosis( χ^(2)=152.193, P<0.01), epidemic mumps( χ^(2)=949.711, P<0.01), influenza( χ^(2)=23.714, P<0.01), scarlet fever( χ^(2)=150.809, P<0.01), pertussis( χ^(2)=18.755, P<0.01) and rubella( χ^(2)=7.069, P<0.01) in 2020 were all lower than the last year, and the differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSION After the COVID-19 epidemic had entered normalized prevention and control in Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, the incidence of most acute respiratory infectious diseases showed a downward trend compared with the last year. The measures of epidemic prevention and control were helpful to reduce the incidence of respiratory infectious diseases.
