摘　　要：目的:分析上海市耐药和非耐药肺结核患者的服药依从性现状及其影响因素,为提高肺结核患者服药依从性提供参考。方法:采用患者基本情况调查问卷以及Kessler 10心理状况量表、SSRS社会支持量表和Morisky服药依从性量表,对330名2019年新发肺结核病患者(包括耐药患者146人和非耐药患者184人)进行调查,分析方法包括Kruskal-Wallis H检验、Mann-Whitney U检验和广义线性模型等。结果:耐药患者服药依从性评分为6.42分,低于非耐药患者(7.53分);初治患者服药依从性评分高于复治患者;患者心理状况越好服药依从性越高。结论:应关注肺结核尤其是耐药和复治患者的服药依从性问题,改善患者的心理状况,从而提高患者的服药依从性。OBJECTIVE To analyze the current status of medication adherence of drug-resistant and non-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Shanghai and its influencing factors,and to provide recommendations for improving the medication adherence of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.METHODS 330 pulmonary tuberculosis patients diagnosed in 2019,including 146 drugresistant patients and 184 non-drug-resistant patients,were investigated by Kessler Psychological Distress Scale-10,Social Support Rating Scale,and Morisky Medication Adherence Scale.Kruskal-Wallis H test,Mann-Whitney U test,and generalized linear model were employed.RESULTS The medication adherence score of drug-resistant patients was 6.42,lower than that of non-drug resistant patients who were 7.53;the medication adherence score of new patients was higher than that of retreated patients;the better psychological status of patients,the higher medication adherence.CONCLUSION Attention should be paid to medication adherence of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,especially drug-resistant and retreatment patients,so as to improve the patients’psychological condition,thereby it could enhance the patients’medication adherence.
