摘　　要：目的:分析1996—2020年盘锦市≥50岁HIV/AIDS病例的流行特征,为老年人群艾滋病防控工作的开展提供科学依据。方法:采用描述性流行病学方法,对1996—2020年盘锦市≥50岁HIV/AIDS病例的流行病学特征进行统计与分析。结果:盘锦市≥50岁HIV/AIDS病例数总体呈逐年上升趋势。老年人群中男性病例数远高于女性,商业异性性行为是主要感染途径,异性传播途径占2/3,50~59岁年龄组占比超过50%,离异或丧偶报告病例数高于已婚有配偶,职业分布上以家务及待业、离退人员为主。样本来源中医疗机构占2/3,远高于检测咨询。结论:盘锦市老年人群成为晚发现病例的主要构成人群,应针对该人群患病的流行特点,有针对性地开展干预、检测和宣传工作,提供主动HIV咨询检测,促进病例的早期发现,减少晚发现的发生。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemic characteristics of above 50 years old living with HIV/AIDS in Panjin from1996 to 2020, and to provide scientific basis for the development of AIDS prevention and control in the elderly. METHODS The epidemiological characteristics of above 50 years old living with HIV/AIDS in Panjin from 1996 to 2020 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. RESULTS Cases who were above 50 years old living with HIV/AIDS in Panjin showed an increasing trend year by year. Men were much higher than women in the elderly. Commercial heterosexual sex was the main way of infection. Heterosexual transmission accounted for more than half of the age group of 2/3. The number of reported cases of divorce or widowhood was higher than that of married spouses among 50~59 years old with accounted for over 50%. The sample source of traditional Chinese medicine treatment institutions accounted for 2/3, much higher than the detection consultation. CONCLUSION Panjin elderly population had become one of the main components of late detection cases, according to the epidemic characteristics of the population, targeted intervention, detection, publicity work, providing active HIV counseling and testing, promoting early detection of cases, reducing the occurrence of late detection.
