长白山和平全季地形公园“美人松”林区康养对2型糖尿病患者血清细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：以8月份长白山和平全季地形公园野美人松冶林区为例,探讨森林康养对对2型糖尿病患者血清细胞因子分泌的影响,并分析相关机理。在吉林市随机招募12名2型糖尿病患者,6名男性,6名女性,年龄介于62~78岁之间,于2019年8月进行为期8天的森林康养活动,Elisa法检测血清IL-10、IL-12、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-15和IL-18水平。结果表明与康养前比较,"美人松"林区为期8天的森林康养显著降低血清IL-6、TNF-α和IL-18因子水平(P<0.05),而血清中IL-15水平明显增加(P<0.05),IL-10和IL-12在康养前后未发生明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 :8月份在长白山和平全季地形公园"美人松"林区进行为期8天的森林康养活动,可以显著降低2型糖尿病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和IL-18水平,同时增强IL-15的分泌。Objective: To explore the effect of forest bathing on serum cytokines in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in "Beauty Pine" Forest of Heping All Season Terrain Park, Changbai Mountain in August, and analyze the related mechanisms.Methods: 12 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly recruited in Jilin city, including 6 males and 6 females, aged between 62-78 years old. 12 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus took part in 8 days forest bathing in Heping All Season Terrain Park, Changbai Mountain in August, 2019. And the concentration of IL-10, IL-12, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-15 and IL-18 in serum were determined using Elisa assay.Results: Compared with that of before forest bathing, the level of IL-6, TNF-α and IL-18 in serum decreased significantly(P<0.05), and the level of IL-15 in serum increased greatly(P<0.05), but there was no significant change of IL-10 and IL-12 in serum(P >0.05)during 8 days forest bathing walking in Heping All Season Terrain Park, Changbai Mountain in August. Conclusion: The results indicated that forest bathing lasting 8 days in "Beauty Pine" Forest of Heping All Season Terrain Park, Changbai Mountain could significantly decreas the level of IL-6, TNF-α and IL-18 and increase the secretion of IL-15 in serum of patients with type II diabetes mellitus.
