摘 要:通过等离子喷涂技术在发动机气缸套表面喷涂一层高强度高硬度陶瓷复合涂层,研究复合涂层制备过程中的气缸表面质量。测试结果表明,在此工艺下制备的陶瓷涂层约为577 HV,是原有基体材料铸铁(331 HV)的1.74倍多。耐腐蚀实验中,未渗陶缸套比渗陶缸套表面多损耗333 mg。陶瓷涂层的硬度和耐腐蚀性相较于基材都得到较大提高。渗陶气缸套与不同活塞环配合其磨损性能优于现生产的气缸套。台架试验结果表明该渗陶气缸套节省机油效果明显,满足设计和使用要求。The surface quality of the cylinder during the preparation of the composite coating was studied by spraying a layer of high-strength and high-hardness ceramics on the surface of the engine cylinder liner with plasma spraying technology. The results show that the hardness of the ceramic coating prepared by this process is about 577 HV, which is 1.74 times higher than that of the original matrix material, cast iron(331 HV). In the corrosion resistance test, the surface loss of the impermeable ceramic cylinder liner was 333 mg more than that of the impermeable ceramic cylinder liner. The hardness and corrosion resistance of ceramic coatings are improved compared with the substrate. The wear performance of the impermeable ceramic cylinder liner with different piston rings is better than that of the current production cylinder liner. The results of bench test show that the oil saving effect of the cylinder liner is obvious and it meets the requirements of design and use.
