语言信息下数字图书馆馆藏评价的变权分析方法

摘　　要：针对语言信息下数字图书馆馆藏评价过程中指标间信息具有补偿性问题,提出一种基于变权综合的评价方法。首先,给出数字图书馆馆藏评价的指标体系和评价问题描述;其次,利用二元语义算子将语言信息转化为二元语义信息,进一步给出数字图书馆馆藏评价的变权评价方法的步骤,据此获得基于二元语义的数字图书馆馆藏等级以及等级区分度;最后,通过实例说明该方法有效性和合理性。Aiming at the compensation problem between indexes information in assessing the collection of digital libraries under language information, an evaluation method based on the synthesis of variable weight is proposed. Firstly, the index system and problem description of collection evaluation of digital libraries are given. Secondly, the language information is transformed into two-tuple information through the two-tuple operator, and the steps of the variable weight assessment approach for collection evaluation of digital libraries are further demonstrated. According to this, the collection grade and grade discrimination of digital library based on binary semantics are obtained. Finally, an example is employed to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
