郑卫琴教授“癌为气失衡”学术思想撷菁

摘　　要：重庆市名中医郑卫琴教授在"元气论"及"一气周流"的基础上提出"癌为气失衡"的学术思想,并结合恶性肿瘤患者临床表现指出气机郁结多为"气失衡"的启动关键。郑教授认为"扶土达木"可使全身气机畅达、疏泄正常,气血津液输布得当,再配合化痰、消瘀、解毒、散结、祛湿等,可达到减缓恶性肿瘤的发生及发展的最终目的。笔者有幸侍诊郑卫琴教授左右,获益颇丰,现将郑教授学术有关思想讨论总结一二,供同道参考。Professor Zheng Weiqin,a famous veteran traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor in Chongqing,has put forward the idea that“cancer results from the imbalance of Qi movement”based on the theories of“primordial Qi”and“circumfluence of Qi”.Professor Zheng concludes that stagnation and depression initiatethe imbalance of Qi movement according to the clinical symptoms of patients with malignancies.She believes that clinical treatment should follow the principles of invigorating the Spleen and smoothing the Liver to make Qi flow in the body unobstructed and facilitate the normal distribution of blood and fluids.Meanwhile,the compatibility of other treatment principles,such as resolving phlegm,expelling blood stasis,removing toxin,dissipating masses,and dispelling dampness,is capable of inhibiting the development and progress of malignancies.The author is honored to learn from Professor Zheng and learn a lot.The present study reviewed the academic ideas of Professor Zheng to inspire future research.
